Your French story begins with Mélissa

A story of Passion, Perseverance & Growth

Bonjour ! ¡Hola! Hello! Ciao! 你好 ! 안녕하세요 !  नमस्ते ! Merhaba!

Foreign languages have always been my greatest passion.

It all began at home with Spanish, and then at school with English. That’s when the magic started !

My father used to tell me, “The more languages you learn, the easier it becomes.”

And he was absolutely right.

Each language shaped me in a different way.

I didn’t enjoy learning Latin in middle school. Yet it later became incredibly helpful when I started learning Italian.

Chinese taught me perseverance.

Korean taught me another way of thinking.

And Hindi continues to teach me humility, reminding me every day what it feels like to be a learner.

Because I am still one.

But languages, for me, have never been only about grammar or vocabulary. Let me tell you why.

Why should we work together ?

Another passion of mine, and maybe one we share, is traveling.

I have explored countries across Europe, South America, and Asia.

Yet the most meaningful part of those journeys was not the places themselves, but the connections I built along the way. That is why I learned English, Spanish, Italian, Mandarin, and Korean — and more recently, Turkish and Hindi.

I know what it truly feels like to search for words, to hesitate, to make mistakes, to feel frustrated but to keep going anyway.

I have made, and still make, mistakes when speaking foreign languages.

And that’s perfectly okay !

Mistakes are not failures.

They are stepping stones.

They are proof that we are growing.

For over 14 years now, I have dedicated my work to helping students understand how a language truly functions, not just memorizing rules, but building confidence and real communication skills.

Although I used to teach English, Spanish, and Korean in the past, since 2018 I dedicate myself fully to teaching French.

Yet my mission has always remained the same : to create a safe and supportive space where you can GROW.

I don’t judge.
I don’t put pressure on you.

On the contrary, I adapt each lesson to your goals, your rhythm, and your personality.

Because learning a language is not about perfection.
it’s about confidence, connection, and becoming comfortable enough to truly express who you are.

So, are you ready to begin this journey together?

P.S : Korean language & Me

South Korea and Korean language hold a deeply meaningful place in both my personal and professional journey.

I began learning Korean in 2009, driven by a genuine fascination for the language and culture, and I started teaching it in 2015.

I worked at the Korean School of Montpellier and had the honor of leading “Discover the Korean Alphabet” workshops during the annual Corée d’Ici Korean Festival, thus introducing learners to Hangul and sharing the beauty of Korean linguistic heritage with a wider audience.

You can see some highlights of these workshops and cultural events in the videos below.
